FAQs

Red Cake accepts all major credit cards through PayPal and Google Checkout. Both are safe and secure ways for you to make credit card payments online. PayPal provides protection from unauthorized payments, and you do not need a PayPal account to use their services. For more information about PayPal, click here. Upon payment, you will receive an email from Red Cake confirming your order. If you do not receive a confirmation, or if your confirmation appears in error, please contact us for assistance.

SHIPPING
Red Cake will ship your order within 7 business days of your purchase confirmation. We ship all items through USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation, and you will receive an email from us with your delivery confirmation number when we ship your order.

Delivery times vary slightly, but Priority Mail generally takes 2 to 3 business days. If you have not received your order within 10 business days, please contact us for assistance. Red Cake is not responsible for lost packages that have been listed as “delivered” by the USPS.

Shipping fees are the standard USPS Priority Mail shipping rates, plus a small handling fee. The shipping and handling fees shown below will automatically be added to your bill at checkout.

Red Cake currently only ships orders within the USA and Canada. For overnight or special delivery, please contact us before placing your order.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES
Red Cake accepts returns and exchanges of purchases within 14 business days of receipt. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please return the item(s) in original condition and packaging. Red Cake will grant a full refund to you, less shipping and handling charges. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Please note that Red Cake only accepts returns or exchanges if the item is in its original condition. Items worn, used, damaged by the purchaser, or damaged upon return shipment cannot be returned or exchanged, so please pack carefully.
