Maureen Shields

Maureen's vibrant collages make us smile and entice us to take a closer look. Her wonderfully layered works are like carefully handcrafted confections, sweet at first, but once you get through all the layers, are quite complex and thought provoking.
Maureen has a BFA from California State University Long Beach, and an MFA from New York University. She lives and works in San Francisco.
